In v2.4F, you can't copy, delete, rename or see a list of a Deck. You can only send it. Also, when you have the Deck Editor open and you go to the Commands Tab, if you click Rename, it will appear to change your name instead of your Deck's.

If you exit Deck Editor and re-open it, you should be able to do that to your decks again. I have confirmed the Commands/Rename glitch thing.
